		<description>Chitika dont respond.  registered online, weeks later had heard nothing, emailed them, waited couple more weeks, still nothing months later.  There should be a ombudsman or something we can complain to and have them officially warned (i see lots of people with the same complaint).  There should be a law that any company must at least respond, even if it&#039;s a &#039;no&#039;, even if it&#039;s an automated message, something.  As a newbie and just starting out with website design it&#039;s tough to find a decent ad service that&#039;s free, doesnt require a mature 1000 hit per day site, and has good contextual and visual ads (apart from the monopoly that is &#039;AdSense&#039;).</description>
