There should be a ombudsman or something we can complain to and have them officially warned (i see lots of people with the same complaint). There should be a law that any company must at least respond, even if it's a 'no', even if it's an automated message, something. As a newbie and just starting out with website design it's tough to find a decent ad service that's free, doesnt require a mature 1000 hit per day site, and has good contextual and visual ads (apart from the monopoly that is 'AdSense').
